The role
SAP Enable Now Senior Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP Enable Now Consultant to support a major customer implementation in Saudi Arabia. This is an intensive 15-day engagement across October and November, taking SAP Enable Now Cloud from initial setup through to a fully configured, production-ready solution. SAP Enable Now must be production-ready so that content developers can use it in July 2027. Whether there is a need for onsite working in Jeddah is still to be confirmed but at least some of this work will be remote – possibly fully remote. Around 15 days must be delivered across October and Novemeber.
Competencies needed:
Deep technical expertise in SAP Enable Now Cloud edition (Manager, Producer, Web Assistant)
SAML 2.0 / SSO configuration for cloud environments
Client application deployment and rollout planning
Content strategy and information architecture design
Instructional design methodology and didactics
Corporate identity/branding implementation within Enable Now (skins, templates)
Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement at technical and business levels
What you'll be doing
- Deliver the Infrastructure Overview session to the Customer core team, explaining SAP Enable Now’s infrastructure requirements and best-practice implementation methodology
- Conduct the Core Team Kick-Off: extended solution demo, scope/timeline discussion, logistical preparation, and handover of contact data
- Lead Technical Implementation: client application rollout planning, security settings, storage path adjustments, environment variable configuration
- Configure Authorization and Authentication: SAML (cloud) based SSO setup for SAP Enable Now
- Perform Initial Health Check (checklist-based): authoring access, user access, SSO validation, client download, server/client communication
- Conduct Strategy Workshop: big picture, scope refinement, usage scenarios, organizational structure, timeline/milestones
- Lead Customization and Design: skins, templates, text styles, production defaults based on Customer’s corporate identity
- Define Information Architecture: work area concept, tree concept, metadata concept
- Handle Infrastructure/Technology: third-party integrations, recognition/re-recognition validation, roles and permissions, production and QA workflows, finalize SAP Enable Now Manager configuration
- Deliver Handover Workshop: produce customer-specific authoring guideline, template documentation, infrastructure diagram, customizing documentation, organization charts
- Obtain Customer formal sign-off at the end of the preparation phase
