Senior SAP Functional Consultant / Manager

We are recruiting a Senior SAP Functional Consultant for an established global business with a London office. This is an opportunity to help shape how the organisation uses SAP S/4HANA and get more value from a system that has further potential.

The client is looking for someone who can combine functional SAP expertise with the confidence to lead people, challenge existing ways of working and turn ideas into practical improvements. The role has scope to develop, and its exact responsibilities can be shaped around the right person.

What you’ll bring

• At least 3–5 years of functional SAP experience, including 1–2 years leading teams, workstreams or projects.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and identifying opportunities to improve how a business uses it.
• An FI/CO background, ideally with a good understanding of logistics modules and integration.
• The ability to engage stakeholders, propose ideas and drive change through to delivery.

Experience in energy or oil and gas would be useful, as would knowledge of JVA or PRA, but none of these are essential.

This role could suit an established Senior SAP Functional Consultant with project leadership experience who is ready for broader responsibility. We would also welcome interest from someone already working as an SAP Manager. There is potential for the position to grow into an SAP Manager role, although it may not carry that title from the outset.
