SAP Life-Science Practice Leader
Our client is an established international SAP consulting company looking for someone to create and lead a new Life Sciences practice within its French business. Your location within France is flexible.
This is an exciting opportunity to build something new, with the reputation, resources and support of a well-known SAP consulting brand behind you. You will have the opportunity to help shape the practice from the outset and grow a team with a clear focus on the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries.
We are looking for someone with a strong SAP background, substantial experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices, and a track record as a Consulting Manager or Practice Leader/Director. You should be comfortable combining team leadership with the commercial thinking needed to build and grow a consulting business.
An immediate start is possible for the right person, although the client is equally happy to accommodate a notice period.
What you'll be doing
The finer details are still being confirmed, but the role is expected to include:
- Developing the business plan and setting the direction for the new SAP Life Sciences practice.
- Recruiting, building and leading a team of SAP consultants with pharmaceutical and medical devices expertise.
- Shaping the practice’s services around the needs of Life Sciences customers.
- Working with colleagues across the wider consulting business to develop client relationships and identify opportunities.
- Providing leadership as the practice grows, supporting both the team’s development and the quality of its delivery.
